I redesigned the Barclays mobile app to simplify key user flows, focusing on improving the payment and cheque deposit experiences. Through competitor research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma, I created a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive design that better meets user expectations in a modern fintech space.
Hospital Management System (ADRI)
Designed a hospital workforce management interface focused on improving nurse staff scheduling, operating room (OR) availability, appointment coordination, and ward occupancy tracking. The goal was to create a clean, intuitive UI that reduces administrative complexity and supports real-time decision-making in high-pressure clinical environments.
